About three weeks ago, I called Gabriel about my laptop,a Mac Pro. I was not able to charge it regardless of a new adapter and a new cable. Within 24 hours it was diagnosed and running again. The battery in my Samsung Galaxy S10+ has been fading, but I really like the phone! So I ordered a new battery. But after watching a YouTube video on the process of replacing the battery in this sealed device, I decided to pay a professional. Gabriel and Preston at Blueridge Tech know what they’re doing! I dropped my phone off when they opened on Saturday morning, and picked it up a few hours later. The new battery was properly installed, and the phone sealed back up. Gabriel gave me some advice on how to maximize the life of my new battery. $150 was the charge. Well worth it to know the job was done correctly and safely, and a bargain compared to buying a new Samsung Galaxy S26 for $1,300!
