Blueridge Tech is incredible! I’ve been needing a place like them for years to help me fix computers and to organize and save my tens of thousands of family photos and documents. They are knowledgeable, kind, and so very patient with computer illiterate people! They take the time to help you understand what they are doing. Would recommended 10/10!

My phone was entirely broken to the point where it did the white screen of death, THEY FIXED IT SO QUICKLY! They fixed my phone within 30 minutes after the screen for it came in! Definitely Recommend and it only took a few days in total and everything on my phone was recovered!

About three weeks ago, I called Gabriel about my laptop,a Mac Pro. I was not able to charge it regardless of a new adapter and a new cable. Within 24 hours it was diagnosed and running again. The battery in my Samsung Galaxy S10+ has been fading, but I really like the phone! So I ordered a new battery. But after watching a YouTube video on the process of replacing the battery in this sealed device, I decided to pay a professional. Gabriel and Preston at Blueridge Tech know what they’re doing! I dropped my phone off when they opened on Saturday morning, and picked it up a few hours later. The new battery was properly installed, and the phone sealed back up. Gabriel gave me some advice on how to maximize the life of my new battery. $150 was the charge. Well worth it to know the job was done correctly and safely, and a bargain compared to buying a new Samsung Galaxy S26 for $1,300! I had same day service. I needed a graphics card changed and they even updated my drivers. I would highly recommend these guys. Hope more send business their way because we need a good local computer shop. Nice work gentlemen

My bank account was hacked & I suspected that I had malware on my computer. I took my hard drive to Blueridge. They diagnosed the problems & told what needed to be done to resolve the issues. All the work was done in two days at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

He set up my new laptop and recovered all my old data, but most importantly he loaded some very old and outdated info that I needed and made it usable and easily accessible. He explained everything carefully to ensure I understood everything and it was clear that his knowledge and capabilities were both of the highest caliber. I have been having difficulties with my computer and printer. I took them to Gabriel and explained all to him. He texted in about 4 hours that all was ready to pick up. When we arrived he took time to show and explain all he had done. He installed a program that if I chose I could allow Gabriel to work on my computer remotely. He answered all my questions on security. However after I got it all home, we were unable to print from our mobile devices or the computer. I called Gabriel, and through the phone, and texting step by step instructions followed by photos we worked for about 2 hours to solve an internet connection problem. All is working seamlessly now. Gabriel was tenacious in his efforts. He calmly led us through the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend Blueridge Tech.

My computer was operating slowly and appeared to be full of junk. Gabriel was able to diagnosis the situation and installed a new faster and larger hard drive at a reasonable price.
