Services and appointments
- We provide computer repair and IT support for individuals and small businesses.
- Appointments may be in‑shop, on‑site, or remote, as agreed.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and timely access for on‑site visits.
Estimates and approvals
- We provide an estimate before work begins. If additional issues are discovered, we will request approval before proceeding.
- Diagnostic fees may apply and are non‑refundable if you decline the repair.
Payments
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- We may accept common payment methods (cash, card, etc.). Any fees will be disclosed in advance.
Backups and data
- You are responsible for maintaining current backups of your data. If you would like assistance, we can help set one up.
- While we take care with your devices and data, BlueridgeTech is not liable for data loss, corruption, or recovery costs unless otherwise required by law.
Warranty and limitations
- We warrant our labor for a reasonable period for the same reported issue. Physical damage, liquid damage, malware re‑infection, or user‑caused issues are not covered.
- Parts are covered by the manufacturer or part supplier warranty when applicable.
Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueridgeTech’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service related to the claim.

Changes
- We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
